I used to enjoy eating fish and lobster, however I will not eat it anymore, except in a restaurant that is a member of Tables Connaisseur and offering products that are MSC / ASC or BIO certified.
I support the golden mean in regards to fish consumption and hope that people actively select sustainable fish catches for their restaurant dining experiences.
